Roberto Francisco Jimenez

Spinnaker Wellness is proud to sponsor Roberto Francisco Jimenez, IBJFF Jiu Jitsu 2018 World Champ. AKA Natural Born Killer. Roberto is an all natural athlete who has trained tirelessly and fought meticulously on his way to the top. 

We’ve known Roberto and his beautiful family for over 10 years and Gerri’s 3 sons were among their first students at their debut Spring, TX gym, Team Gaucho, MMA. 

We’ve seen Roberto go from a disinterested youth to a hard core completely dedicated and humble athlete who in my opinion is the epitome of a Champ. 

We look forward to continued support of his successes and a long relationship as we continue to watch this man grow and lead the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

Roberto is an example of a young adult working hard, dedicating time and effort and sacrificing play and complacency to become the best. 

Spinnaker Wellness believes that he is a role model for other youths who want to become something great and need to realize that they CAN do it but it takes commitment and perseverance.

Roberto now competes under Alliance Jiu Jitsu.

Bendix the K9 Officer

Bendix is a 7 year old retired K9 german shepherd. His owner is Josh Teter.

A few months ago when Josh was re-stationed in another state, Bendix was left in the care of others until Josh was able to return. During that time, Bendix injured his left front paw. Eventually, the injury got infected down into the bone and consequently developed arthritis and joint pain on his previously injured paw.

Because of his injury and lack of full mobility, Bendix was basically reduced to a 3-legged dog and couldn’t run and jump the way he used to. 

Fast forward to today, after 2 days of dosages of the Prescott’s Pet Chews, he was at the beach running and jumping almost completely but happily on all 4 legs!

Josh and his wife are so happy and they say this is just the beginning! Bendix has been drinking a lot more water which is awesome and you can see he is so happy.

Bonus, we have even stopped his Meticam, the arthritis medication which was prescribed to him right after the infection healed that had not been helping and is very expensive.

Josh and his wife are still giving him the pet chews and are expecting more improvement over the next few weeks...this is an amazing start to a better quality of life for Bendix! Soon he’ll be taking more trips to the beach, playing ball with his owners and sharing good times with other K9s.
